It's harder to consider such things with a voice talking than reading it on the page, i think. First of all, I think Augustine answered it because he put the forms in the mind of God. That unifies being with truth. Then Dionysus goes a step further and provides unity through mystical experience. we have unity with being and truth in a direct way through mystical union in Christ.
Mystical union is for the eastern orthodox the answer the Apophatic. Negative theology says truth is the hole in the donut. I can't describe the hole I can describe the stuff around the hole. Then negatively we understand at least the shape of the hole. Then the stuff we describe we describe negatively, "God is not..."
What that misses we come up with through direct encounter of mysticism. The problem is we can't talk about it. In order to talk about it we have to do the metaphorical thing. Well the answer is we don't have to talk about it. It's not to talk about it's about experiencing.
