Secular Humanism (For Magritte)

Hi Magritte always find secular humanism so interesting so;

I was introduced to Jiddu Krishnamurti by a work friend who was studying human rights and international politics but I discovered that "the speaker" is not widely acknowledged or known about despite having a big influence on writers including Aldous Huxley and addressing the united nations assembley twice. Perhaps you do know him?

I consider he would be of a particular interest to a secular humanist. If your not already familiar with him; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEIfMqM5wnM (4 mins)

Krishnamurti authored several books one being called "Freedom from the known." When thinking about the religious traditions including the gospels I consider that krishnamurti's writings may be the most significant and deeply moral secular alternative to those religious narratives.

The small paper back copy is 129 pages but "Freedom from the known" is also free to read online.

Hope this piques your interest.
