Oh, THAT Dylan. Ok, you didn't put in his whole name.

Think I'm going to try out Tyrion Lannister for now.

LOL there are only two Dylan's worth mentioning. the other being Thomas.

I figured it was that I didn't say his first name. some friends and I (they are also relics of a former age as I am) were discussing 'could this guy really not have heard of Bob Dylan?" I think it's interesting you have. Not that I think of you as a "kid" but it's interesting that people of all ages know something of the music of my youth, but when Iw as you age I knew almost nothing of the music of even my older brother's age much less my parent's. That's because of the net and you tube?

My father constantly made me listen to Oldies music. Plus that is generally a good source of reliably good music as most of the bad music from back then has largely been forgotten. So I was raised on the Beatles, Chicago, Temptations, Nat King Cole, Johnny Cash ect.

I know. it's amazing so many of the worst songs of that era survive.

I best friend and I hated 2525 song so badly, that stupid whining sound of singing, it never dawned on me back then how corny and alarmist the lyrics were. It's like they put thousand years between each development, and it's a study slippery slope reasoning. "you choose your sons your daughters too," we can do that today.

I never realized how vaudevillian Indian lake sounded. I actually bought a 45 of Yumi yumi yumi, back in the day.

you are lucky I didn't include love potion no 9.

Already listened to that song sadly. As well as Benny and the jets. AKA the most annoying Elton John song ever.
