everything I've seen lately indicates they are coming along nicely.

Second that for now. Only major issues coming along for the moment are sieging the remaining 3 major cities of Sirte, Bani Walid, and Sabha. Obviously there will be other issues but it looks decent.

We will see, they are having some trouble with the remnant cities. But if Nato keeps up strikes I dont see a problem.

Currently, Sirte, Bani Walid, and Sabha are under siege. Most of Gaddafi's forces are up in Sirte where they are putting up harsh resistance. Actually somewhat ironic with the tables being turned. Bani Walid is in a similar position. I don't hear much from Sabha though reports say that the former rebels took the airport.

Now Sabha has been generally taken.

More news now. Bani Walid and Sirte are now taken. All major cities have been taken over by rebel forces. Moreover, Gadaffi was captured but died of wounds later on. Essentially, the war is over. Now it will be dealing with the aftermath.

Gadaffi himself is dead? I had not heard that.

Yep, dead. CNN says he was shot in the head and the legs. He died a few hours later while in custody. So yeah, war's over. That makes three overthrown governments.
