Huh, cool. Anyways, have you seen "the Dark Knight?" If not, this should be rectified.

Actually, I there is this guy online that does review/parodies who did a really good job covering scary performances in a halloween special.

Metacrock doesn't watch movies made after I was born. ;-)

As far as villains go: I loved Hans Gruber, played brilliantly by Alan Rickman, in the first Die Hard film. Keyser Söze in The Usual Suspects. Brando as Colonel Kurtz was just absolutely amazing. Of course, the legendary Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs. Brando as Kurtz is my favorite kind of villain, I like to see the humanity in them, or what's left of it. Agent Smith in The Matrix could have been pretty forgettable, but Hugo Weaving really sold him to us. The two more recent Jokers, Nicholson was wonderful, and Heath Ledger, who've I'd always enjoyed, but had never really been impressed by, blew me away with his Joker, so sad that he died so soon after filming that part.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton.
Peace,

Ah, Die Hard, my favorite Christmas movie!

As mentioned above, Kurtz is an incredibally monsterous yet sympathetic individual straight from Heart of Darkness.

Hugo Weaving is awesome in general, and Ledger epitomized what is wrong (or in this case right) with the joker.

Haven't seen The Usual Suspects. I will have to check it out.

Anyways, I found the first six minutes of the Dark Knight Rises. It introduces Tom Hardy as Bane. Unfortunately, the quality isn't great (its a cam), but I was still impressed by it.
